Ah, but even on the partion plan, I stated my initial plans, and how I'd rather do that than have all of Canada. And even then, Son and I worked it out in PM that I would have the Northeast in turn for my Canadian land east of the Bay (The two provinces he claimed in Penn. he thought were part of Ohio).
Notice this was posted six hours before the map was posted. I had no intentions of going past the Hudson Bay, and I wanted Northeast America.

I changed the file from .7z to .zip--it should work for you if you did have problems with it.

So 7-zip can open WinZip files, but not the other way around? (maybe the version is too new or too old). If you're having any problems with it, I can e-mail you the map file itself.

I would advise taking New Tibet as Aech is about to be destroyed. Yes, New Tibet is a vassal to Malaysia, but that condition could be easily remedied.....
