They are similar to fighters then, now we have to compare a normal fighter sweep to sending a missile, even if them taking an air slot in a city is very annoying and brings them back to being useless.
I do it all the time too, even use railroads to send new units to the front when dealing with AI unit spam sometimes. it is a must on all maps and significantly improves your warfare.
The only issue is that it is easier to build them than remove them and railroads can nosedive your economy for...
Nevermind I am a silly person. I haven't played this savegame for a few days and forgot i had sold 6 aluminum to someone. It should say that in the resource overview though "2 aluminum, 8 total, 0 used, 6 traded".
I have a single aluminum mine. When I put my cursor on the aluminum icon, it says "8 aluminum, 1 hammer".
Yet I am only getting 2 aluminum. If I put m cursor on the aluminum ressource at the very top, i can read "2 aluminum, 2 total, 0 used".
Is this a bug? How do i force the game to...
Oh I didn't factor in the observatories, in this case you'r better off staying on 4 cities. There's something to be said about 2 coastal cities feeding each other, even late in the game, but with 2 observatories you'r set and should not have to deal with happiness problems if you can avoid it.

That will make your science victory easier. Make sure to send a food ship. And yes the spot is pretty amazing and you should go grab it before someone elses do. AI has been known to send settlers across the map for spots 3 times worse than that. ;)...
