Glad to see it works though.

There is some bug between the Mega Pack of RoM and AND. I have yet to isolate the cause, but if you go into your "Rise of Mankind/Assets/Modules/Custom Civilizations/" and delete a few of them from the game (Or move the folders out into the Unloaded Modules folder), see if that fixes it.

Try this:
In game, open the BUG control panel (Control - ALT- O, while playing a map), then, in the last tab, make sure the debugging settings are set to "None".
