It must be a gods of old thing because it just happened to me! City got tsunami'd and now it can't grow at all. Might liberate it to make someone else pay the maintainance....

I was playin gods of old mod and noticed this city has no population! It uses no tiles and so is stagnent so it will have zero population forever! I think it got tsunami'd when it had 1 population or something.

It's not a bug! He has his own responses.

I patched to 3.19 and Sid appeared as leader of the barbarian colony. Every single turn he asks me to give him gunpowder and waves his hand like he's trying to do the jedi mind trick lol. Getting a bit annoying after so many times. Also isn't a glitch because he has custom responses to things...
