Hello, When about to build a mine in Civ 4, it says there is a small chance of discovering: and then it lists the resources like iron, copper, gold, etc. Just how small is this chance? Thanks, ---Jason

Hello All, I would like to ask a question/begin a discussion. Do you think it's a better idea to attack early in the game, while the AI is weak, or to wait and build up an economy that will be able to support a strong military without plunging the civ into debt and attack in the Ind/Mod era.
