I also vote for shuffle map. Playing as Boudica is much more straightforward than some of the other leaders, so it would be nice to leave a little up to chance. :lol:

Waaay too tempting to pass up, IMHO. Roosevelt will be a target sooner or later, with Washington so very close, and the allure of two capitols early in the game is irresistable (to those of us who are possibly overly blood-thirsty).

Have you tried right-clicking? That's what works for me... As to which civs you can select, I think you only get to mess with the game you are playing. No introductions of new civs. I may be wrong though.

"Tarred and feathered" is a metaphor for public humiliation. It used to be an actual punishment for outlaws - they would pour hot sticky tar all over the lawbreakers and then cover them in feathers. This mess would stay on a person for days, so his whole community would know what he'd done...
