This is a Screenshot of the Advanced options. As you can see there isn't an entry to edit the opening movie.

I think was must be talking about seperate options here. When you start up Civ IV you can go to Options and change various settings like audio, video etc. In BTS there is no option here to changed the opening video or music.

Thanks but it doesn't show up any options for me to make the changes. Iirc there was some file I needed to edit, but it's been ages and I can't remember exactly what it was that I had to edit.
