They are good if you have very limited space, cos they can make few cities powerful early. Police State is very powerful if you whip units, obviously all this does not matter much in easy games where you can just spam GLH cities. If someone says they are a crappy wonder, i know for sure he...

I noticed some basic diplo mistakes here ;) I see Gandhi asked you to stop trading with Genghis..you should never agree with that, now you cannot sell him Mono for 60g..would be nice. Instead you should try getting open borders with everyone, unless you really fear 1 AI and cannot risk worst...

Not looking for proof and so...i know what i saw over all these years, and i saw way too many great peoples when others should have poped instead. Nobody has to agree with me, just saying ;)

Most odds displayed in this game are misleading ~~ When i get great artists with ~5-10% chance every second game, over years, i know these rng odds are worth almost nothing. I have seen "accurate" rngs, and Civ4 does not have one.

Can i still join here? Feels almost like home, with Lymo..Vran and so around ;)

You know Sun Tzu, that was what i was saying and thinking about HoF games ~1-2 years ago. Peoples like Tachy will remember, and i was bashed for making some (friendly, it's the inet -.-) fun and comments about Inca, HoF games that always looked similar cos of these flaws you just mentioned now too.

Byzantines would be good for you ;) Only first strike immunity makes knights annoying against your super defenders, so Cataps = downgrade.

I would be more interested in HoF if there was challenges where everybody plays the same map. Players like comparing their games, and look how successful sgotms are. And maybe it's just me, but brain storming for hours or maybe even days about what settings i pick, knowing if i skip this part...

..and besides what Benji wrote, bulbing Theo is very good sometimes. Big trade tech, and if you have a friendly neighbor with a religion trade with them first so they build the AP (for you) ;)

An early great prophet would be very good imo, i would say SH makes most sense with Phi rather than Cha.
