    A prev version BBAI had this, was caused by some transport code, got to a certain point and bang, a turn that never ended, it got fixed in the next version, hopefully this will get sorted too as dont want to upgrade to this latest version till it's proved 100% reliable

    If AI values oil at 120 does that mean it won't guard it as it's below the 200 threshold? i would have thought Oil, Iron, Horse, Uranium, Alu, Bronze, Elephant should always get a defender, that stuff is just to good to be without out

    Good points, it's a shame the paradrop AI is not a bit more advanced, but i guess like you you say it would be very difficult to get an AI to use such a unit effectively

    Would it hurt to add some other AI types to paratroopers in XML? like unit AI attack etc AI hardly ever builds paratrooper despite them being of equal str to marines, they never seem to use this unit much with it's default paradrop AI, and maybe the addition of more AI types might see it...

    I have modded my paratroops to range of 8, as 5 was just pap, i have not noticed any differance in the way the AI uses them, they rarely if ever build paratroopers and i rarely see them make paradrops

    I certainly don't think the AI should be focusing much on recapturing far flung small cities, or cities that don't carry much importance, but capital cities/wonder cities/shrine cities and formerly big important cities (usually the ones directly around the capital with lots of old culture)...
