    I love how they kept their own style of resource icons. Like food and production. Of course, they will probably have something else for money, and not "Dust".

    It's Amplitudes take on Civilization. Finally some competition since Call to Power days. Amplitude Studios did some pretty good 4X games. Endless Space 4X space games and Endless Legend 4X fantasy game.

    My testing pre-GS with observing AI and with player army in GS is that losing strongest units should not affect minimum unmanned city defense. I even disabled all my units and everything was keeping it defense on bext turn or two. Not to say that same could not be the cause for getting this...

    Yeah... If they had Pike and Shot and if it was their best unit, then minimal defense of their cities would be 45 (+2 per district). It should never drop to 34.

    Commercial Hubs/Harbors nerfed.

    If anything, this change makes case for skipping CD is you are already swimming in gold for coastal cities. Harbors help in other things then gold, while CD is exclusively gold, if we not count in trader benefits, which can be gained by harbor too.

    I doubt lack of encampment will give old units. There is a reason why strategic resources are moved tech earlier. Still, if anyone confirms how it works, please post here.

    I would still build Harbords in all my near water cities. What this change for me is that CH is less important for those cities, if I'm already good with gold.

    All this activity means that there are BUGs found by QA, so that devs have more work and then new QA build is made and cycle repeats.
