The easiest way to get Hordes is to draft them from outposts. You need an outpost with 5 pop. Use 4 pop and about 73 influence and you instantly build an army of 4 Hordes. So, join your older units to outposts to get up to 5 pop and exchange them (and a little bit of influence) for 4 hordes...

I have to scroll all the way down past Civ ONE to find the Humankind forum. It should be at the top because it is the newest Civ game. Everything about it is like Civ except the names of concepts have been changed and there are a few new twists.

When you do find the heroic relic, is it always under a normal antiquity site or should I be looking for something else?

I agree, but for a different reason. If I survive past turn 50 every game then bogs down by turn 150 with too many cities and units to manage and the deity AI offering no challenge whatsoever.

Thanks, for the responses, but they just made me realize that you can't guarantee ever finding these heroic relics without getting "lucky". I also realize that the white sign in my screenshot is just what I typed in as the name for my pin and not the game telling me where to find it.

Because in the screenshot you can see I marked it and the game is telling me that it is there.

I've got my archeologist next to Anansi's relic, but when I move onto the tile there is no option to recover the relic. The slot in Anansi's home monument is empty. Is it because the relic is on the same tile as a district that I can't get it?
