    There seems to be an exploit if a herdsman with horses is under the control of a civ completing the Terracotta army. You get another herdsman with horses (so far no problem), but it can unrustle without reverting to a normal herdsman. So horses for every empty tile! Didn't test this for sheep...

    Guilds tended to get involved in city politics and where often at odds with the nobles there, so the "unlimited nobles" is wrong. I see no need for trade restrictions either.     Excellent. I don't know why, but 2.62 kept crashing on me due to bad memory allocations, especially on larger maps and any map larger than standard wasn't even playable (straight CTD). 2.63 seems to work fine for me.

    Have been playing, say 20+ hours with 1 crash sofar and it seemed like a regular C4 bug. Once I got a strange error trying to load NWA earth 18 as custom scenario (it's all I play ;-), so I just exited, re-unpacked the mod and restarted the game. Dunno if that did it, but the problem was gone.
