Is there a Civ3 unit representing the famous Metal Slug tank? Did I miss something?
EDIT: I had not seen it was a request. I seem to read too fast sometimes.
I'd say, you select nominees AND let others submit their creations as before, in case you forgot someone or someone finishes a unit and post it before the end of the contest. And as Theov said, don't worry :)
EDIT: or maybe keep some "blank" contests so I can post a new unit AND automatically...
We definitely need more modern buildings. Good idea and good job Ogedei! I hope to see more of these, and maybe you'll include them in a new city graphic?
The game creates auto-saves. They can be found in the "Auto" folder at the top of the "Load Game" window. Hopefully an auto-save has been created just before it crashed, and if not you can find an auto-save from the last turn before the crash.
You would have to delete the plane's shadow too. Do you need the animation to play in every direction? Maybe it could work with only one direction, like many other anims. If it does, you can work on one direction and paste it upon every other direction.
I think I have seen that once. Isn't there an option where hidden parts are not rendered? It is supposed to make renderings faster. I'll look for it tomorrow if you can't fix it tonight.
The Medieval Japanese Settler has a wrong ini file: there are lines that belong to worker units. It should be a problem (the Settler doesn't have any worker ability enabled) but the game tries to load the flics (fortress, irrigation, etc.) and crashes. Here's a corrected ini file:
