This is my Master of Orion 2 flavor mod for Final Frontier.
Still rather early in development but the tech tree is in, and all of the basic functionality is there, including buildings and promotions (weapons and systems).
This is currently a mostly XML mod - 1 Python file has been updated
Installation instructions:
1. Make a copy of the Final Frontier folder in the same folder it resides in (Civ4\Beyond the Sword\Mods)
2. Rename it from "Copy of Final Frontier" to MOO2Civ
3. Extract my files to the MOO2Civ folder
You can create a shortcut to Civ4BeyondSword.exe and add at the end: mod=\MOO2Civ
or launch Beyond the Sword normally and select Advanced, then Load a Mod, then MOO2Civ and click Ok

added in bonus per worker for a number of buildings and removed some of the temporary workarounds. (Thanks to Jebus)
added corresponding civilopedia entries for the production bonus for above
added Probe with no tech requirement for early exploration
