This patch is now obsolete. Patch 0.3 has been released. You can find it here.
This is patch version 0.2 for Rocks 2 Rockets version 0 or 0.1. It is only a patch,
you must have the full version 0 of Rocks 2 Rockets installed for it to be of any use.
You do not need to have patch v0.1 installed as this patch also includes everything
that was in that one, but it will install fine if you do.
The full (except for this patch) version of Rocks 2 Rockets is here.
What is in the patch:
Instructions: (Revised due to error in the folder name in the 7-zip file.)
The Installation will replace 22 files outside the Source folder and all .cpp and .h files in the source folder (132 .h files and 137 .cpp files; not all of these were changed but I did not feel like sorting them - about 59 out of the 269 have modifications), listed in the "Files in this patch" section in the included "Patch v0.2 Notes.txt" file, and add 2 new files consisting of the patch notes and the new scenario, plus 4 XML files from patch v0.1.
You could remove the file "C2C Earth - 28 Civs 124X68.CivBeyondSwordWBSave" from the PrivateMaps folder of the mod if you want. It does not work and has been superseded by the "R2R Earth - 28 Civs 124X68.CivBeyondSwordWBSave" file.
You can continue playing existing saves. If you do, it will probably pop up a dialog box immediately after you get to the game map asking if you want to do a "modifier recalculation". This is part of a cross-version compatibility feature added to Civ4 by the C2C mod team allowing you to keep playing the same save with a new version of the mod.
In this case you can skip the modifier recalculation with no significant issues since very little relevant to that has changed. Only the Carnival and Radio Telescope building adjustments should be relevant to what it is recalculating.
If you do the recalculation and it crashes, start again and skip it.
Whether you do the recalculation or not, the next time you save the game the save file will include the new version number, and such, and after that it won't ask if you want to recalculate when you load the save.
If you ever have it saying that it failed to load some bit of XML you should exit to desktop immediately after it starts, or even bring up the task manager and kill it before it gets that far. Then go to where R2R is installed and find the "Cache" folder inside the "Assets" folder inside the "Rocks2Rockets" folder. Delete that Cache folder, which will also delete everything in it. It will be rebuilt the next time you start, which will take a bit longer just like the first time you started R2R (the entire purpose of the Cache is to speed up the loading of all the myriad XML files).

What is in the patch:
Spoiler :
Instructions: (Revised due to error in the folder name in the 7-zip file.)
- Extract the 7-zip archive to some temporary folder, or the desktop. It should create a folder called "Rocks2Rockets-Patch-v0.2". (It was supposed to be just "Rocks2Rockets". Oops.)
- The contents of this new Rocks2Rockets-Patch-v0.2 folder should be copied into the Rocks2Rockets folder where it is installed, in the BtS Mods folder. This should consist of 3 folders (Assets, Private Maps, and Sources) and 1 file (Patch v0.2 Notes).
- Answer Yes to the questions about overwriting things.
