My favorite is the Hittites the Three-Man-Chariot is incredibly fast. Nice stuff to bully your immediate neighbours. Even some distant ones. Good start for conquering the fertile crescent. The Greeks come in second. It's just one of the stronger peaceful Civs. Short way too UU and Hero + You...
