    Something made worker build time increase.

    I noticed that magrails were taking seven turns instead of 6. I reloaded as saw that there was a time when they took 5 turns (due to recycler quest). Unfortunately there is a thirty turn gap between saves so I can't tell what happened between those saves that caused build time to increase.

    I just tried to change the number of pieces it takes co complete The Signal and it didn't work. I replaced the DiscoverSignalQuestObjective.lua file, changing PIECES_TO_COMPLETE line, and imported to VFS but the victory progress in a new game still said 0 of 2 pieces. So what did I do wrong?
