This has bugged me since I got the game, when emancipation is up for a vote why does the AI always vote FOR it? You'd think they'd be smart about it and vote no. They have no advantage if they vote everyone to have it.

My current game I got 1 GA through the Taj Mahal, one through a quest, and 3 using Great Peeps, so that's 5 so far, I am a philosophical civ with the Mausoleum.. So that's 60 turns of GA. If I can do 4 GP and get another one it will be 6, a record for me :)

I haven't played this game for quite some time, I played it again and it still has all the luster it had before, it's a great game. It seems that the spy's have changed somewhat though, it looks like they are much more restricted than earlier versions. Is that true or am I missing something?
