On Quick, Huge the length of a normal GA is 12 turns. With the acquisition of the Chichen Itza it becomes 16 turns. In my games after the .275 patch, GA initiated by Happiness correctly give 16 turns. But, a GA initiated by a Great Person does not have the Chichen Itza bonus: only 12 turns...
