When getting a free Policy you have to spend it immediately even if you have turned on Policy saving. You got to spend your saved policies aswell before you can end the turn.

I have trouble Alt-Tabing out of the game. When I hit Alt-tab my monitor goes game to black to game. Than I have to hit alt tab a second time to get another program. Is this normal behaviour? If not how to I change it. I´m running Win7

My latest game keeps on crashing on the exact same spot. I´m playing Germany and just captured Bejing, annexd the city and end the turn. During the AI turns the game freezes and gives quits on me. I play with full kills enabled and the Chinese have some non military units left but no cities at...
