This simple modcomp fixes bugs in CvPlot::canSeeDisplacementPlot(), making range 3+ bombardment more reasonable.
As a bonus, it should run a bit faster due to elimination of floating point math.

Download and run http://download.microsoft.com/.../vcsetup.exe.

Start Steam and select Library -> Library -> Tools.

My main goal with this map was to solve the two most popular complaints about the last map:
- Starting positions weren't balanced.
- Needs more naval action.
I took the easy way out on the first one by using a mirror map, but I think I did a good job of balancing starts with unique resources...
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build the Great Library.
2. Click on the Library (FREE).
3. Click Yes to sell it.
4. End turn.
5. Go to step 2.
Expected results
You can't sell free buildings.
Actual Results
You get 18 gold every turn by selling the library.
On the turn Persia's golden age ends, their units end up with an extra move, like 3/2:c5moves:. This makes up for a similar bug where they only get 2/3:c5moves: the first turn of their golden age.
The fun comes in when you cross a river or a zone of control. It only charges you 2:c5moves...
