I always thought they will never collapse as long as they control Constantinople, but in this game, after they collapsed several times without killing them, they finally collapsed for real, while they still had Constantinople. So what exactly do their unique do as of 1.9?

Hi, I'm really confused about this project, if it make nukes available for every1 why would you build it if it doesn't give you any advantage? Would it be better to make it a national wonder type thing that only allow yourself to build nukes?

According to a guide, these 2's civic combination increases your stability. Is this true? I thought these 2 systems are contradictory and should hurt your stability. Is this suppose to represent the hypothesized 'elected democracy' of WW2 Britain that some people claim?

Control 3 cities in 4 different landmasses? Is landmass the same as continent? Is Turkey suppose to be a colonizing(unhistorical) power in this?

I'm planning to get this game through Steam, after I lost the hard copy of it. But I heard that RAND is currently not up to date, and Steam auto-updates. So I wonder if they can be compatible? If not, I hope RAND can get an update, since it's so much better than Civ 5.
