Using the latest beta's installer, it only installs the VP files in the MODS folder, but not UI_bc1 in the game's Assets folder. I suspect this is because my installation is in a non-standard location and the installer isn't able to find it. Using the latest version of EUI doesn't quite work...

So I just finished up my latest game as Ethiopia, and noticed something strange. Carthage had, at some point, founded Utrecht. The Netherlands wasn't in the game, so it couldn't have been captured, and I'm quite sure Carthage hadn't run out of city names yet - so why did this happen? Bug perhaps?
