I don't think building a campus in every city is necessary for a science victory, even on deity. Instead, only build enough where when you monitor the science output of your civ in the science victory screen and are keeping in 1st place. Use the extra hammers to build production capability...
Having played all the Civ games as well, Civ6 feels like the most complete one at launch of all of them. That said, they were a bit overzealous in trying to add so much I think. Rather than in previous games where the XPs added lots of features that felt missing at launch, I feel like with...
Really? Emperor and lower are not too tough I'll admit, but I'm finding immortal quite challenging and am pretty good at the game I think. Who is really winning on diety without any problems?
One thing to keep in mind, the people who are most dissatisfied with the game are the first to head back to the forums to vent. It doesn't mean they are wrong or right, but they will be the loudest at first regardless.

Hey there, I'm looking for some help with my war game. Space race is my go-to game type, and I can consistently win, followed by cultural. I play at Prince (for 100% wins) or Monarch (for a challenge).
My games typically start with making a try for an early religion plus some kind of prophet...
Can't we all just agree that both the people with dumb stereotypes and the people who can't take a joke are equally annoying and get back to discussing the actual topic?
