I just started using BUG in the last year and I like its ability to name your units upon production but I don't like that the units don't get renamed after an upgrade. Is there a way that updates the unit name post-upgrade?
Is there a way to make Great Spies ignore enemy units for the purpose of movement? I would hope there's an XML edit or a mod that would work but can't find any info on it. It's a pain to constantly reset the spy's destination tile when it comes across a random barb.

OK, thanks for that information. It would've felt nice to know that a spy was caught while attempting a mission since that would waste EP for that civ. Guess I'll settle to know that it's just been caught regardless.
