I don't know if this has been mentioned before but wouldn't it be neat if Civ 4 had supply lines implemented? when your units move into enemy territory, they would take damage each turn if there wasn't a designated friendly supply unit in the area. Similar to the concept in Rise of Nations.

hello! I think i'm a bit stuck in this regent game. the settings are continents with 8 opponents but only 4 left. i'm barely holding my own and i need more income as ALL my cities are in wealth. any advice would be appreciated thanks. a save is included below

Is clicking the centre of a city (in the city screen) so that the comp automatically assigns the 'best' production and growth called using governors? or is using governors clicking the govenor button and assigning what the city emphasises in the city screen?
