When the change was brought in, I thought this would be horrible for domination victories or any aggressive play. But now I've played with a few games where I was on a lot of negative influence, it actually doesn't matter. In fact, if you do get any influence points say from emergencies, you can...
So I was playing as Matthias Corvinus (8 player, standard map), had captured 7 capitals, completely eliminated 3 civs. My last conquest was Kupe who was also a different religion. On the religious victory map I had converted only 4 civs including myself. When I captured his capital, it came up...
Really hoping for it in the future expansions. The Shwedagon Pagoda was in Civ IV, it would make a great wonder addition as well. It would also make for a great religious/military civ. Thoughts?
For me, it's Victoria and Catherine. It's vindication after years of being written off as female leaders with little power, it's great to see Civilization embrace them as leaders of England and France respectively. I think I will play mostly as either of them two. Great choices.
Enough is enough. She ruled over the British Empire at its height and had a longer rule at the time than anyone else in British history. Civ IV did a great job at recognising her greatness and including her as leader. Now is the time for her to be the leader in Civ VI.
No one else in British...

Malé, Maldives
Malé is the capital and most populous city in the Maldives. Over 100,000 people are crammed onto the small island. Since there is no surrounding countryside, all infrastructure has to be located in the city itself. Water is provided from desalinated ground water while electric...
What do I need to do if I want to become a French citizen? I'm an Australian citizen. I just want to possibly live long term there in the future. My French is about intermediate. I can survive on the street with it and won't take long to become fluent.
I swear last night I didn't even know that there was anything happening with this. Actually I still don't know much about it except I saw a headline.
Anyway, last night I had a vivid dream in which there was a gay military couple and they were making out in public in front of other officers...
Now I'm going to go on and on about this. BUT I'm reading the manual and it says that the Unique trait is based on the leader's "special ability".
"Sun never sets" is the unique assigned to Elizabeth. I wouldn't normally argue about this but if anyone should have that unique ability attached...
For the purposes of this thread we will define centuries in Gregorian calendar for uniformity and simplicity's sake.
Here are a list of centuries and the key events and people for a brief view. From Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_centuries
Here are my picks:

I've been to one of these. It's truly scary and makes me sick how they lure people with their "rock concerts".

If the US were to decline and fall, it would also mean the decline and fall of unbridled capitalism. What do you think?
 Without the golden age.
But incidentally right now the head of state, governor-general and head of government are all female right now in Australia. When has that ever happened?
