when me and my brother upgraded bat 2.0 to 2.1 we get OOS around 1000ad ish and it happens when i attack a unit or city. we never got out of sync in 2.0 we play direct ip multiplayer can this be fixed or do we need to rollback to bat2.0 ?

How does great ppl points in multiple cities work ? I have noticed that when i get a great person the bar for the next gets much longer in all cities so what is the point of generating gpps in more than 1 city ? Can i time it and get 2 on the same turn ?
