Here are the rest of the Iksar units I had promised in the other thread. :) I made these for my custom civ I play as all the time, and thought I'd share them.

Like the first warrior unit I did, these are all based on Everquest's race of lizardmen, the Iksar.
They are all...
This unit is based on the Iksar race from the MMO game Everquest. I modeled it after the origional EQ1 graphics rather than how they look in Everquest 2, as I think they look more interesting.
The model is the Firaxis warrior reskined, with a custom head and tail attached through the nif...
I just uploaded several buildings, so I figured I'd just list them all in one thread. Most are based on the videogame Final Fantasy 7:

This is an updated version of my older fantasy shrine. With improved texture and a glowing effect...
Another in my collection of videogame characters. And probably my strangest one so far. :crazyeye: This is the Slime from the Dragon Quest rpg series (Dragon Warrior when it was 1st released in the US).

I gave it a few basic...
My first new unit for almost 2 years! (Just a little vacation) :D
This is my take on one of the enemies from the RPG Final Fantasy 6. I took some artistic license with it since the origional was a small 2D game sprite. ;)
Air Armor were part of the Empire's air force in that game, and...
Here is a war machine from the game Final Fantasy 6 (FF 3 in the US). Magitek Armor is basically a war mech that operates on magical energy. Here's a wikipedia entry dealing with it HERE.
This is a model I've been working on little by little for the last few months. Partly it took so long...
This is the predecessor to the ARC-170 and X-Wing, the Z-95 Headhunter.
The model has a polygon count of 1232, and supports teamcolor on the wings and engines. It uses the origional Jet Fighter's animations when you add it to the XML.
Rabbit Alex, I liked the idea you mentioned in one of...
This is the New Republic E-Wing fighter. I think the first time these showed up was in the Dark Empire comics. And they are used in the EU books now and then.
The unit supports team colors on the wings, and has a polygon count of 878. I used the original Jet Fighter's animations, so the...
This is one of the strangest Rebel fighters, the B-Wing. An interesting feature is that the cockpit rotates to keep the pilot in the same position regardless of how the rest of the fighter has rolled.
There are two versions I did, one with the S-foil wings closed, and the other with the...
UPDATED (4/20/06):
I added team color support to all the yellow parts of the unit, including the droid.
OLD POST:This is the Rebel Y-Wing , a durable (but slow) bomber.
I used the original Stealth Bomber animations, so that is what should be used in the XML file. The polygon count is...
UPDATED (4/20/06):
I added team color support to all the red parts of the unit, and to the R2 droid. I also improved a couple parts of the texture.
OLD POST: Here's the next Rebel fighter, the good old X-Wing.
I'm posting two versions of it: One with the "S-foils" (wings) closed for...

Added team color support to the red parts of the unit. I also improved the texture a bit more.
UPDATED (4/06/06):
I wasn't completely satisfied with how the cockpit turned out. so I changed the texture a bit to make it less pixilated. Now it looks more like clear...
UPDATED (4/19/06):
Added team colors to a couple of panels on the wings and cockpit hatch. Also, I added another texture to the wings.
OLD POST: This is my last TIE fighter variation for now, the TIE Bomber. The TIE Bomber is used by the Empire as a surface assault craft, where orbital...
UPDATED (4/19/06):
Added team colors support to the wings.
UPDATED (4/06/06):
All I did to update this one is to add all of the origional Jet Fighter's animations to the model. So point to those animations when you add the unit to the XML.
OLD POST: This is the next TIE, the...
UPDATED (4/19/06):
The unit now supports team color on the wings.
UPDATED (4/06/06):
Added improved ion engines to back of model, along with new textures for it. The polygon count is now 1108.
Also added all of the origional Jet Fighter's animations to the unit. So you should...

Added team colors to the unit by adding a FX.nif file.
UPDATED (4/06/06):
I added improved ion engines on the back of the model, with new textures to go with them. Polygon count is a little higher, at 1712.
Also added all of the animations from the origional Jet...

Added team colors to the unit, by adding a FX.nif file.
UPDATED (4/06/06):
I've improved the wings on the Interceptor, added better ion engines, added more textures, and attached more animations to the unit. The polygon count is now 1156.
I used the origional...
UPDATED (4/19/06):
The unit now has team colors applied to it. See the updated picture below for how it looks in game. For the team colors to work my unit now has a FX.nif file included, which has to be pointed to in the <SHADERNIF> tag in the xml.
UPDATED (4/04/06):
I've improved a...
This unit was a request from Woodelf for his mod work. It's a generic robot, that can be used as a combat troop or a futuristic worker. If you were into the Transformer toys in the 80's you may find something familiar about the robot's head and colors. I based it a little off of the...
I know a few people have been asking for dragons, so I tried my luck at making one. I'm not as good at modeling living creatures as I am machines, so the quality is not great. But it's still recognizable as a dragon. Or at least a giant lizard. :D
I didn't think I'd be able to make wings...
