So I just bought NFP, and wondered if there are any differences in terms of strategy between the two. I know of the Diplomatic Quarter and the bonus for initial CS bonuses is smaller, but what else? How does the Quarter play into your games? Also do people need NFP to play NFP with me?

The problem is the game doesn't show progress of current tech and maybe I don't have enough gold to make a difference to reduce by a turn. Can anyone confirm?
