Sometimes I just know that I am going to whipe out a civ... for example my nearest neighbour... I just want to stop investing espionage into him, so I have to Jack up the weight on the other civs. Also when I meet new civs they remain (by default) at 0 => No espionage goes their way...

I have had this a couple of times, but it seems impossible to replicate... it is a happy random coincidence First I have a (any) civ to come ask me to stop trade with Civ X (in this case India, who was first on my hit list in this game anyway). I comply and stop trading, next India comes up...

Eventho all other leaders (that I have met) have nice heads and all... there is one leader that doesnt... P.S. Leaderheads and stuff worked fine for me in both Vanilla and Warlords.

Someone made a new civ somewhere... and its a second Germany (see the scoreboard), which is painfull as hell... I think it should be impossible to generate a civ that is allready on the map.

I am attempting my first GOTM and find myself thinking all new things. For instance what is better keeping a "pet"-like civ or killing them off? I mean, I have them "down" we are about equals on research but they have 2 techs I dont and I have 3 techs they dont. Now they willl "grant" peace...
