Civ 4 I still feel is the best for me to play. I ma a war monger, so i need to attack. Civ5 changed things, so its the only game I have not played. #2 to me was civ 3 then comes civ 6.

I get it where it freez too. I have 250 gb hp, 1024 ram, duel cpu 2.8 each, and 256 vid card.

I play for cult and 50% less cost. Only civ is Roman for this. I can run 90% sci and 10% cult. India is always on top when I play 8FFa or team. When I didn't run 50% less cost I was only like 60% sci running.

It would be nice to barr as them too, just to mess up others. Who really watches out for them. When they get a city, its power time!
