    City building filter hotkeys suggestion

    The hotkeys for filtering building are all fine other than the three regarding pollution (flammability,,air and earth pollution). The three should be set to Hide not Show. As they are now makes them nigh worthless. I'm not playing on SVN, just the standard Moby Download.
