You're supposed to count from the top, taking care that the list is long, and depending of your screen's resolution you can't see all the civs; then you have to pay attention to the lift (right of the list) to be at top when begining to count. :scan:

It's tiring for the fingers, and difficult if you play in the dark with a chinese keyboard... :crazyeye:

Test OK for me (but as I'm playing/have played many ptbs games, I was sure of my firewall) I hope civilisations will be randomly distributed, and not "first in, best choice"... ;-)
