It seems more times than not that the gigantic map generated has no or very little luxuries. Anyone have a solution for this. I only use this in MP so I can't say whether it is different for SP.

Could someone please create a mod that allows you to "Refuse to talk" or auto answers the AI for Trade requests. It's damn annoying when at the start of every turn you get 3-6 requests for chat from the AI leaders and you know that you're going to give them the same response as the previous turn.
I've solved the problem of "Waiting for other civilizations".. was an issue with me :S but the Vassals/war problem still exists with his patch. Could it be that I started the game out before using the patch, saved it several 100 turn in, then patched it?

As I'm sure everyone knows since BTS the ping is useless as it provides no indication (sound or visual) to teammates that you've pinged a plot. Is this a intended change or a bug? Anyone able to fix it or mod it back in?
I only play Direct-ip MP and use unrestricted leaders. Just choose the option in the staging room and you then can choose any combination you like. Pitboss is not required at any stage of direct-ip.
