I'll nominate and support Harold Amal

At first it was quiet, some of the group had scouted out dead ends. But then, one trio came running back with news:

"It's this way, this tunnel goes on for a long while and it's heavily guarded."

The party members discussed what they had seen and concluded that two final Elemental creatures, including an Air Elemental whose capabilities were unknown, blocked the way forward. They'd have to act and bring about a final showdown with Ngoogol after dispatching his creatures.

"Right, well, everyone has their gear and most of us have experience fighting, don't we now? So what's our plan for the afternoon?"

Well as you can see from this post some of us can't always post within 24 hours of an update.

By the way, nominate: Elvsh Darkfoot and support: Harold Amal

Right, and that's fine, wouldn't expect to force anyone otherwise and that's what everyone knew with game signups, so no players will be put out by shortening things if it's not going to work.

I shouldn't have 2 votes on Elvsh btw.

Harold Amal and I doubt my strength is high enough to help, but Harold Amal as well

So if Harold gets the 2nd nomination does he fight Ngoogle? Are we planning on just trying to take down Ngoogle this round? If not, some people supporting Harold should switch their nominations from Evlsh to Harold.

No I think at this point I would still be fighting an elemental but if elvish is a bad guy like we suspect he is then that may leave it open for me to directly take on ngoogol. At any rate a little help against the elementals can never hurt and you usually get an elemental fighting bonus trait

So far the leader in votes fights the weaker creature. We haven't seen a wind elemental yet, it is very possible 2nd vote getter fights the wind elemental or ngoogle. Either way our chances are better if you are the top vote receiver and everyone helps you. Elvsh being tossed under the bus and left to fight alone is a foregone conclusion at this point.

I nominate Elvsh and support Harold.

It was really more of early afternoon when the group decided to make their move. Most of the party gathered up in formation with Harold Amal, some grasping spears, or swords, or preparing magical attacks. Elvsh was forced to go ahead as well.

The assault led by Harold Amal was not an easy one. Some of their number were unable to fight, still recovering, and others in the party simply hadn't really flung themselves into the battle. They would need every ounce of strength to make it through the fight, and just barely at that. The specialized combat techiniques they'd honed in other battles were practically useless against this foe and they gained no more insight on what to do against such an Elemental today. The good news was, though, that it wasn't very resilient. As the warriors managed to finally bring the elemental creature down, its bonds to this world were dispelled and it wouldn't be back.

The Water Elemental was Defeated, and Destroyed

Harold picked up another Elemental Core. It was like a solid sphere of liquid, retaining that perfect shape when let sit, but flowed around so that one could never quite touch it's surface no matter how quick or sharp the attempt was. He managed to store it away in a container.



Elvsh unceremoniously tried to make a break for it as soon as he was out of range from the others. Unfortunately for him, the Air Elemental sensed this and didn't seem to care what he was up to.

"No, what're you doing, why come for me?" He screamed as he had to turn and face the creature, which wouldn't relent. Soon Elvsh was buried in a partial cave-in.



There was only a single elemental left that retreated further into the caves. The night would be a restless one as everyone stayed on guard, not ready to venture deeper yet, but they were glad to know their only casualty had been a traitor. However the party had the feeling they might not be so lucky next time.

This game has gone well for me, catching 3 scum so far. Ceroz Molten is next.

That clearly Ceroz is not the one doing the killing? Roleblock Ceroz again tonight. Hell, scan him too while you're at it.
