Frozen, the Decryption Key IS mine, as all the keys anywhere on the ship were under my supervision of the job I have long been assigned by Command. It definitely went missing the night Whitower was killed and been used to hack the security system. But I'll extend the same question to you then: Why did you have the Key in the first place if you did to start, and what do you do with it? As for giving it to CCRunner, that's an even bigger puzzle - Did you perhaps trade for a stolen gun from CCRunner, and that's how however you mysteriously were given a gun from someone you didn't want to reveal earlier?
This, however, is clearly is why Renata should have been answering with what she knows but I've said that before. I'm not sure if Renata or anyone is aware of any of what you said Frozen or approved of it, but that just opens further questions. Were you, Renata, and CCRunner discussing these nuclear codes before but refused to share that with others? (as Renata told me not to even tell Captain Methos anything, again)
She originally told me (unspecified person) (turns out to be CCRunner) was looking for the Decryption key and other items. CCRunner today claimed to me that he had the Key the whole time, but now that's not the truth. Still don't know which version of the story Renata was actually aware of, or some third story. Nevertheless, I still know the item should go to me and was stolen and could help cause great damage in the wrong hands, whoever had it or whatever's been done with it.
It remains entirely clear this doesn't add up at all, CCRunner's already collected one item and still needs nuclear codes and access to the engine room all the name of doing something for the Innocents, sure. Sounds like practically the definition of the rogue's plan to me.
