Hegemony
Ironic that the charter calls for an alliance of "Democratic and Progessive-leaning" nations when, in fact, the Mathalamus Republic is lead by Juan Carlos, former Emperor and now President-for-Life of Spain. The Great White and High, which I would hardly call democratic. The Neo Old Kingdom is ran by a Pharaoh. Clearly, the Peking Charter is nothing more than the USSR trying to cement itself as the Global Hegemon as the leader of a global alliance, cementing and solidifying its hold over all of Eurasia, and making sure that Khitan could never math them in power.

Due to....well, economic troubles. We, as in France and Great Britain, have form a union with Norida to form the European Republic. Since we are no longer able to afford our Socialist programs, we have abandoned English Socialism and relax corporate taxes.

The Egyptian Pharoate adopted English Socialism. The Great Qaghanate runs extensive social programs that are rather commendable for a non-communist nation. As for the global hegemon nonsense, that's quite rich coming from a state calling itself the Hegemony. The friendship between us and the Khitans and all of our allies is genuine. A good friend has no reason to fear strong friends, for we support each other.
We will not deny that we have quite a considerable influence over world affairs, given our successes, but you can hardly blame us for using that to further economic progress, the people's freedom and world security. In contrast to the Hegemony, we don't have a penchant for waving nuclear weapons in people's faces, or supporting apartheid regimes.
And the Soviet Union extends the warm friendship we have previously extended to the Western European Union to the new European Republic.
