Tom's Naval Shipyard

Perhaps you could check the model. I believe it has a much different appearance than Wyrm's excellent contribution. There were indeed several Warriors launched between 1781 and 1914.

Any chance of getting any of the others I suggested? I'm in no hurry, so I am willing to wait.

Perhaps the Duke of Edinburgh class Armoured Cruisers
HMS Warrior of 1905
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Warrior_(1905)

Royal Navy has no Armored Cruiser as a model, or am I wrong ?
However the Royal Navy built a HUGE amount of these Armoured Cruisers and I believe any other model already made can do as a substitute until a real copy is made.

Kongō Class Battlecruiser (1914)

Civ Colors have been added. Animations by me. Thanks to everyone who gave information on the 1914 appearance and structure of the battlecruiser which helped me get it finished properly.

EDIT: Is according to the initial 1914 appearance (at civ scale at least :)).

Yeah good job~ So the IJN have its battle cruisers now.

Since Wikipedia has little info on the Pallada Class here is what I have. It is from Conways All the worlds fighting ships 1860-1905. The second picture is from The Illustrated Directory of Warships. From 1860 to Present

Edit: Apparently if I would have clicked a little more into wikipedia there is lots of info on each ship. Ohh well.

I guess I'll need to play a Pacific map next... good to see so many excellent IJN units. Good work, Tom! :)

Thanks! I'm going to try the WWI ships out in AOI. Keep that era comming!

So the Kuma could be WWI Light Cruiser (actually built just after WWI I think) followed by Agano as the WW2 CL for Japan.

Just great Tom.

Then we have as Heavy Cruisers
Takao, Mogami and Tone all WW2 types

Akizuki (Wyrmshadows) and Kagero as WW2 Destroyers

Kongo BC early variant as Battlecruiser

Then all the battleships from Mikasa to Yamato.

Full House then, well perhaps an early type of Armoured or Protected Cruiser pre-WWI type should fit in perfect.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cruisers_of_Japan

And just to mention it the Pallada Cruisers looks very much as the
Japanese Armoured Cruiser Yakumo and even several others of Japans Protected cruisers
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_cruiser_Yakumo

so with little imagination we can really have a full upgrades for Japan IMHO.

It will be cool to see the new version of AOI with these ships included (hopefully)

these are just outstanding, tom :) top-notch work. and yes cemo :D i'm lovin' this and they're going right into the AoI folders  tom's timing is perfect.

Yea, Pallada might work for Yakumo.

For japanese, there is Ise Refit, Tenryu CL, Sendai class CL, some carriers, Asashio-class dd, Fubuki-class DD, Minekaze class DD, Mutsuki class DD, Shiratsuyu class DD, a minelayer, some subs, some that I missed, and a whole ton more (65-70 ships) that may not all be possible to convert from cfs2 (not sure yet, I have a feeling very few will be usable). Might not do them all in a row. I'll probably get to some other things after the light cruisers and some destroyers.
