PHIL: We are in Boston, and here is your first task: There is a boat docked here in the city that you shall use to get to Cape Town (South Africa). However, there is another, faster, boat south of here in New York. Choose which ever route you deem faster to arrive in Cape Town. Good Luck! Oh, and watch out for the mountains. An abundance of mountains have popped up in the ocean for some reason.
OOC: Get the unit marked "Player" from the USA to Cape Town, South Africa. You may only use 1 of the 2 boats.
