PHIL: Using the ship parked in Cape Town, make your way to Toliara, Madagascar with the help of route signs
OOC: There is an archer named "player" inside a Galleon parked outside of Cape Town. Take this ship and find the city named "Toliara" which has Ethiopian coloured borders. There are random signs in the water that will tell you what "General Direction" you should be traveling in. The signs do not point directly at the city, you must find it in the dark. There are a lot of signs, you just have to find them
Cape Town is not allowed to build access units and you may not trade maps with Zara Yaqob if he happens to research Paper (or you research paper). Your finished when the "player" unit is inside Toliara, similar to Round 1.

What are "access units"? Do you mean boats like Galleys, Galleons, Transports, and the like?
