Alright, well if the cops won't investigate those already in jail, I suppose we might as well release:Bsmith. I don't know why they won't but whatever.
After a day of arguing without much information to go on many Springfieldians were more tired out than anything.
Perhaps central to the day was a fierce debate whether it was worth the town's money and effort to construct the proposed Monorail.
Many came down in favor for a variety of reasons, suggesting the project would benefit the town's commerce or even help fight crime. About as many were against, citing potential dangers in the project and its ultimate pointlessness, with money better spent elsewhere.
By rules and regulations, there was not enough support for the proposal in the end. It seemed like a heartbreakingly close call, but Mr. Lanley didn't appear too disappointed as he assured his supporters they would have their day.
It was the Mayor's duty to bring the meeting to a close, though the members of the Springfield Police were visibly present at the front of the room.
"We have not found any suspects responsible for crime today, and thus this meeting will be brought to a close with no action taken.
"Be aware that we are considering the town under curfew and that citizens are warned to stay off the streets.
"Now you should all retire to your, uh, loving families."
No more terrible things had happened yet, but most everyone was left with a feeling of unease...

Remember that all votes to find the top suspect are considered first, then the jail/hospital decision for that person is the result of the mob's preference. Please remember to make clear your choice of jail/hospital.
won't be around in the mornin'. 'course... this is based on my paranoia that the monorail was a bad thing and it not passing is gonna piss someone off.
So yeah... deathpool.... My bet is on Takhisis... not only did he vote against the monorail, but he was amongst the loudest of Day 1, and his posts were less silly/fluffy than a majority of the players. In my experience, on Night 1, Scum will either kill a loud contributing player, or someone very obscure that they think will bring them the least amount of attention in the hopes that a power role will be hiding in obscurity for safety.
wait what? how did I become corrupt all of a sudden??
If the monorail is a corrupt waste of taxpayers' money... than people who are voting for the monorail are the corrupt ones.... how can I be corrupt if I vote against a corruptive proposal?
please explain that, my good man.
