Official statement by the government of Hispania

The government of Hispania is noticing a rising tension in the world. In order to prevent these tension to form a direct threat against its population it has decided to take the following measure.

The sea region known as the Iberian Coast will from this day forward be closed to all navies that don't belong to Hispania.

  1. A grace period of 1 year(turn) will be granted to all navies currently presiding in the Iberian Coast.
  2. After the grace period, mentioned in article 1, all navies presiding in the Iberian Coast will be sunk.
  3. The grace period only applies to navies already within the region. Navies entering the region are exempt of this grace period.
  4. All navies entering the Iberian Coast, without the permission of the government of Hispania will be sunk.

which one? and why?

We accept the Frankish Barbarians Peace Treaty.

The true France. Not Louisiana.

Why? Because their only true state is completely surrounded by that sea.(I'm not counting Norway, they just gained that)

Well, if they need to access the Iberian Coast they'll have to contact the government and we will see if something can be arranged.

@Kiwitt, not a big deal really, but you forgot to adjust the number of factories in Gibraltar (the sheet is correct :))

An expansion in Sinai will mean full scale war. We shall not send only 20 Armies, but the entire Imperial Army and Navy.

From France

The French need their empire. Sinai is but a small part of the Middle East. We need a Middle Eastern port. Allow us this port. Aggression from you would be a sign of ultra aggression and we may call on the aid of other powers who may not be pleased with the presence of a warmonger. France though likes peace. Allow us Sinai and we will support your claiment to Upper Egypt. We can set joint access of the canel, using this as a chance for a military and ecomonic allaince between our nations. Consider this before thinking of war.
