Add the great artist "Leoreth" in for Prussia.

To add on to this, there should also be other CFC modders on there, like edead for wherever he is, Rhye for wherever he is, Kael (FfH) for wherever he is, etc.

Rhye already is a great artist for Italy.

Oh, okay, but there should be others, was my point.

Most modders move on in the latest forums, here Civ5. I know Rhye guy is in Civ5 forums and stopped making mods/maps for Civ4.

This mod really needs an alien invasion scenario that can happen at point in the game, where giant creepy robots with heat rays and green bombs start destroying all of human civilization and its up to you to stop them with stone spears/chariots/muskets/tanks/whatever you have.

Pigasus should become ruler of the USA in the late 1960's.

[This is better than the original, because it reflects a Thai weakness rather than an American one.]

This was my initial thought for the Khmer as well, but I was aiming for things that people from those cultures today would also find funny - laughing with, not at, people. I can't think of a way to make the killing fields funny that a Cambodian would also enjoy.

Normally, I dislike these sorts of lists for that reason exactly.
But I think you did it very well and tastefully; I did indeed laugh at quite a few of these.
Press TV should be for Iran though, not Persia, as the rebirth is a bit different (different UU, UP, etc.).

Chinese - The Chinese Character
The civ cannot research Alphabet themselves; they have to get it from trade.

These were my favorite.

Anyways, I can offer one up for Congo.

Congo - Tintin in the Congo
-5 Relations towards the French and the Dutch (for lack of a Belgium)
50 turns after first contact.

EDIT: For Japan, Otaku probably shouldn't add Happiness since it contributes to population gain ;p ; and many Otaku are still quite productive.

You are right ;) good list. Another suggestion (hopefully more tasteful):

Incas - Mayincatec - other civilizations constantly confuse you, refering to you as either Aztec or Maya, and you may get diplomatic penalties for civics Aztecs or Maya adopt.

(cambodia) Khmer - Holyday in Cambodia - cities with airports may attract sleazy tourists from other civs with open borders. They provide extra gold, but cause unhappyness and sickness.

Khmer - The South-East Asia Melting Pot

Cities with foreign cultures can declare independence.

America if running Totalitarianism, but not state proprety: GOPtatorship. makes mountains of money. Unhealthiness is massive and hospitals provide gold, not health.

America if running state property, but not Totalitarianism: Democractatorship. healthiness is massively increased, but budget issues will occur. also/

America under both: no need to change.
