civ_king, should we, for all intents and purposes write it as an FAQ as well?

I think it would be handy for instance, for Arabia players or Rome players to have other civs' start dates referenced in their own sections,
granted if they're relevant; (i.e. Mongols to China, Turks to Greece, etc.)

Yes, it should be both.

And flip zones as well

The maps from the stability BMP creator should definitely be included.

I'd keep the manual and strategy guide parts separate because I wouldn't want to include the latter part into the proper download.

Also tips for using the UP. I assume it's included, but it doesn't say so anywhere.

There should probably be a FAQ/general tips section. We would need something to answer all those general strategy related questions, and throw in info about any changes made to plague, embassies, AI only events, etc.

A little known fact about civs respawning:

All civs have defined dates when they can respawn. Personally, I think that they're too harsh in some places, but whatever, here's the table. 2020 AD, is, of course, the final year of the game, unless you turn the Time victory off. All dates are AD.

Egypt: 900-1300 and 1800-2020.
China: 1500-2020.
Babylonia: never.
Greece: 1820-2020.
India: 1600-1800 and 1900-2020.
Carthage: never.
Persia: 220-650 and 1500-2020, the latter period probably referring to Iran.
Rome: never.
Tamils: never.
Ethiopia: 1270-1520 and 1850-1930.
Korea: 1800-2020.
Maya: never.
Byzantium: 1100-1280.
Japan: 1800-2020.
Vikings: 1520-2020.
Arabia: 1900-2020.
Tibet: never.
Khmer: 1950-2020 (note that Khmer and Thailand never respawn on each other).
Indonesia: 1900-2020.
Moors: never.
Spain, France, England, Portugal, Turkey, Thailand, Netherlands: 1700-2020.
HRE: 1800-2020.
Russia: 1280-1550 and 1700-2020.
Mali: 1340-1590.
Poland: 1920-2020.
Inca: 1800-2020.
Italy: 1850-2020.
Mongolia: 1910-2020.
Aztecs: never (but their slot force-respawns as Mexico).
Mughals: 1940-2020 (their respawn covers only the area of Pakistan).
Congo: never.
Germany: 1870-2020.
USA: 1770-2020.
Argentina: 1810-2020.
Brazil: 1820-2020.

I didn't think that much about most intervals, so they can be changed.

Italy and Rome and Greece and Byzantium also never respawn on the other.

I'm more concerned about Mali and Congo. I see no reason why they can't represent post-decolonization West Africa and Congo, other then speed. I'd start Greece and Poland with 1800 and 1900, since starting them at exact date means their slightly later respawn.

I don't understand why I'm being such a perfectionist about all that. lol.

Why can't Ethiopia respawn after 1930? They came back in 1941 after Italy annexed them.
Good point.

Perfectionism is good!

I haven't revisited the respawn dates in a long time, maybe it's time to think about them some more. Taken into consideration.

What about morocco? It should be allowed to respawn...
True. Problem is that it'd require a redone respawn area because they shouldn't flip Andalusia as well. Which means more trouble for me which is probably the reason why I didn't do it.

Why? Egypt and India also have different respawn areas.
