Paranoia and suspicion were the order of the day in Dead Point Base immediately after the Political Officer's death. With little to go off of, nearly everyone was accused. In the end, the deciding vote fell to KingMorgan, who chose to lynch bladescape.

He accepted his death in silence, and was executed by a bullet to the head. A search through his personal belongings revealed that:

The base's commanding officer, BSmith1068 slept more uneasily than most. What had happened yesterday? His comrades, in fear and paranoia, killed one of their own. Worse, they had nearly killed him. His authority had crumbled in the face of the infiltrators. This was made worse by the fact that he wasn't who he said he was. Boris wondered what would happen to him once news of the chaos here reached Far East Army HQ... Would they send him back to the gulag? Would they discover him? Boris, you see, was not the base's rightfully appointed commanding officer. He had killed the commanding officer and impersonated him as part of his daring escape from a Siberian prison. The fact that he was one of the few people who probably deserved to be there, and he had been the only one to get out, had once struck him as funny. Now, though, fate could be catching up to him. Some Vodka would be nice right now...

He heard a noise outside. Not knowing, not waiting to find out what it was, he pulled out his revolver, and started to climb out of bed. He wasn't getting any sleep tonight anyway.

Suddenly, the door of his personal quarters swung open, and before he could react, a spray of automatic fire put an end to any resistance on his part. The killer in the doorways smirked, and left the scene, before anyone awoken by the gunfire could see him.

There are two people I'm suspicious about.

FoS: JohannaK, all joking from last night aside, why were you so worried about lynching BSmith?

FoS: KingMorgan why were you voting for choxorn and for no reason then jumping on the bandwagon for no reason?

I wasnt worried about lynching BSmith. I was embarrassed for not realising I wasnt voting him, losing half a day.

Day 1 votes are meaningless changing them for the good of the town is allowed (check your LeninGuide comrade), since it had been many hours since tie, someone had to break it, so the rouble was flipped and the result posted. Expedient works further goals of glorious motherland!
