Actually I can do it yourself. I can suggest you to try "video avatar" at geovid. It's popular converter which can import video files to GIF.
It's great that there are similar things. It's make user's life easier.

What you want to be done with it? If you need readable text there it can be arranged. How did you manage to increase the file size from 3,9 kb to 22 kb and still make it that ugly?

Indeed the drop shadow works well. Looks a tad weird on the red background or it's just my eye seeing things. The contrast of the white neck and dark shadow. Did you tried it with less shadow?
Nevertheless. You are a true pro.
