I see no reason to let the game die. It is the two powers that was doing the worst, they could very well have been taken down this fast anyway. The remaining six factions will still have a lot to fight over.

I said after das gets his orders, meaning I'm supposed to send orders to him, not the other way around. Draconic deadline for AFSNES and all that.
Sigh, another player (Dreadnought) missing in action and continuing this game with just 5 players isn't going to make the game any justice. Sorry guys, this game is on indefinite hold until I get players to pick up at least Cuba. Though preferably we would restart with 8 players who would actually deign to play the game they sign up for.

The talk of the spring was of course the military coup taking place on Cuba, where the aging Miguel Castro, son of former dictator Raul Castro, finally succumbed to old age. Having to apparent successor, the country was on the brink of chaos and civil war when the army resolutely stepped in and took over command, and managed to launch an attack at the Texan holdings in Louisiana all within a month.
