Ok, sigh, I will have to go back and see whether I created the alliance first, or signed the defensive pact with china.

Quetion: Say you offer an alliance with with someone, but they refuse, does that count as your diplomatic action?

BTW, I see I'm being embargoed. Why? What could I have possibly done to make someone dislike me when I've only made like 2 posts in the thread?

Am I allowed to make more land claims yet?

If you haven't made any claims this turn you can. You should have 16 provinces if you started before the first round.

And the embargo is just a multiplication modifier. If you have a 1 that means no on is embargening you.

Okay, please carry over my claims to the next update. I only posted the because I lumped it together with spending gold.

do you recognize that Byzantium is the senior orthodox nation? (note: i cannot claim to be the leader because im not influential enough, follow the pope instead.)
 
Why must we all be followers of the pope? I for one will conserve my people's freedom.
 
If I'm officially in the game maybe we Orthodox nations can have a vote on the centralization of our beliefs.
