First of all, it's very interesting to see the dearth of stuff in the TH era compared to earlier eras. That will fit in nicely with my plans about V28 development (I'll detail those later this week). Also, almost done, Yay! :goodjob:

The Speedway should be increased to 1900 and the Astrobiology Lab should be moved to a more appropriate point in the TH era.

X77:

The E-Bank, Communications Tower, Think Tank, Monorail Station, and Convention Center should be increased to 2000 hammers. The Roller Derby Track and Skate Park should cost 1500 hammers and the Microwave and Solar plants should cost 3000 hammers.

X78:

The Info Net should be increased to 2150 hammers.

X79:

The VR Theater, Cloning Lab, Quantum Lab, and Re-Pet should cost 2300 hammers.

X80:

The Computer Security Office should cost 2450 hammers and the Replicator Plant should cost 3200 hammers.

X81:

There's only one thing here and it should be increased to 2650 hammers.

X82:

The only thing here is a WW.

X83:

The Park Arcology, Anti-Missile Battery, Control Tower, and Naval Yard should cost 3000 hammers. The Automated Defenses and Robotics Traps should cost 2000 hammers and the Mech Assembly Plant should cost 5000 hammers.

Both normal buildings here should be increased to 3200 hammers.

Advanced Quality Control, Mind Control Center, and Cloning Factory should cost 3950 hammers, and the Railgun and Laser Battery should cost 3000 hammers.

This is also good for me to get familiar with the stuff (or lack thereof) in the TH era. I'll be discussing how to address this later this week.

Why would Astrobiology Lab need to be moved? Its at Astrobiology Lab tech. We already have them now checking meteorites and non-earth rocks for life and fossils.

I agree. I have been getting some great ideas for Industrial and Modern Era buildings. But I still have a huge todo list. It just always seems to get pushed back for big projects like this one. I would like to spend this cycle making new stuff since all I have been doing for the Long Freeze and even before that in the last 2 versions is balancing and tweaking existing buildings. I think its about time I get to do the fun stuff again like creating new buildings and designing new units. You can't say I have not taken the time to help balance things with all this cost tweaking and all of Praetyre's changes. Honestly I hate going over all the buildings over and over. I would rather be a "builder" than a "repairman".

Still i think a WP should be more expensive (:hammers:) than a WW.

- Burj Al-Arab is mine but I have not put it on the SVN. The text needs to move out of the building infos file and into a game text file so we can support other languages.

I hate it too but it was necessary for making the modern eras balanced. You'll like my plans for V28 also, as it involves a bunch of new stuff now that the Long Freeze is done (more to come on that tomorrow). Thankfully we're almost done with this tedious process.

While making your concept-plan, did you keep in mind that once you reached the industrial era, there are plenty of production-increasing buildings?
And, even worse, the Fusion-Powerplant?

It's not my plan. I'm just going along with it. I think right now I am looking from the perspective of a late-Renaissance game and trying to build Wonders in relatively new (size about 17) cities that don't have other Wonders already built so I can have some more specialized cities (like a second Science city and a second Artist city). Granted, this is on Snail speed + Deity difficulty, so those are adding to the effect. It's a little shocking to see Taj Mahal planning to take 35 turns.
 
I believe the fusion power plant is going to be reworked/nerfed at some point...Hydro - what are your plans for it?
